Red 1 Assist supports you from contract to close so you can focus on your clients, not the paperwork.Let us handle timelines, documents, and communication so your buyers have a smooth path to the closing table.
We collect and review closing documents, coordinate with all parties, and ensure every file is closed out properly—so agents are paid quickly and accurately.
Listing Assist services include:
✅ Input property information into the MLS
✅ Upload property photos
✅ Add required documents (HOA, RPD, LBP, etc.) to the MLS
✅ Notify title of the new listing
✅ Provide seller contact info to initiate paperwork
✅ Confirm commission breakdown and any additional commission
✅Help gather signatures and manage communication during the listing
Review and ensure Listing Folder is compliant
Submit Listing Folder for brokerage approval.
✅ Update MLS status once under contract
Close out the MLS once the property has closed (under the Team Name, if applicable)
🚫 Please Note: We do not schedule photography or place yard signs.
💲 Listing Assist Fee
$149 Will be invoiced one day after the listing goes live on the MLS.
If you will be using Contract to Close, the $149 will be deferred and deducted from your commission at closing. If the listing is withdrawn or terminated, the $149 fee will still be invoiced
